What GTB Offers!

Get That Body Dance & Fitness offers several different hourly sessions. Each session has a trained GTB instructor or personal trainer to help you create the body you desire. The sessions are fun and provides a variety of circuit training, cardio exercises, conditioning, strength training, aerobic workout, and much more. Whether you’re looking to train with others at your level or grow through one-on-one coaching sessions, I’m here for you. Browse my offerings below and see which works best for you. GTB parties are fun and exciting and hosted by the best GTB instructors! Rather its a Birthday, Bachelorette, Bachelor Party, Ladies Night Out, Community Fit event, family health expo, YouthFit or School KidFit Party... we have a GTB Party for any occasion. Need some 1-on-1 training? Then this session is for you. Sometimes it takes more than watching workout videos to achieve your goals. Maybe you aren't comfortable in a group training. Let our trainers create a workout plan for you that’s tailored to your body — and help you get the body you desire. GTB trainers are experienced, certified but most importantly, enjoy what they do! Our training program takes the guesswork out, so no more trying to figure out what exercises to do. Now you can achieve more with the time you have. We offer 1 hour sessions that are built around your schedule, pace and goals. Let's GET THAT BODY!

GTB Experience "The Start!" $138

(9 Morning Sessions)

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 am (50 minutes)

So you want to try the 21 Day challenge but not ready to be that extreme yet? Or you want to start training but don't want to be in a large group? Maybe you just want to start? You could just need a morning workout? Well this is the training for you! This 3 week/ 3 days per week, 50 min training includes a meal plan and home workout routine. Did I mention a small group of 10 or less. So what are you waiting for? Let's START some where... Start here!

GetFitHome Challenge Training Program $65

(60 Days)

Are you ready to transform your body in just 60 days but your personal schedule won't allow you to join the studio sessions? It's ok! Do it in the comfort of your own home and in 60 days... That right only 2 MONTHS! The GTB 60 Day GetFitHome Challenge is not only a great home workout program but also combines a genius nutrition plan as well. You will receive a free phone consultation and access to the GTB My PT Hub App. The app includes a 60 day training program, a home workout routine that alternates between Circuit and Interval training and a 60 day meal guide. 21 Day Challenge $90

You will receive a free consultation, 3 weeks of personal training that alternates between Circuit and Interval training. Now that you have decided to begin this challenge... Booty, Abs & Thighs $75

(6 Evening Sessions)

Monday & Wednesday 7 pm (45 minutes)

The Booty, Abs & Thighs training is a 21 day program, that offers 6 session, 2 days per week. Each 50 minute sessions are design to teach you how to activate, engage, tone and grow your glute muscles, train, tone and tighten your core (abs), and tone your thighs!  Clients will receive home workout routine for the days not being trained by the personal trainer. This is also a great program for those looking to build muscle and overall, tone up! 

Step It up! Step Aerobics Class

(Available on Friday's at 6pm. Walk-ins $15)

Love to workout to great music? Do you enjoy doing step aerobics and dancing? How about adding some fun toning to what you love? Well let's go! This class is a high energy combination of aerobics and toning moves. The 50 minutes step aerobics & fitness session will target every single muscle group, helping you Get That Body! Not only will you burn fat/ calories it tones the entire body and doesn't feel nothing like a workout! 

Down 20lbs Excessive Weight Loss Program $95

(9 Evening Sessions)

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6 pm (45 minutes)

Need to lose over 20lbs... This is the 3 week program you need! This training class includes cardio, strength training, toning, spin bike class and step aerobics. Clients will receive 9 sessions ( 3 sessions per week). Now let's shred those unwanted pounds! 

X21 Men Challenge $125
